What you buy and how it arrives
VizaReady sells exactly one thing: the full version of your Schengen application report. It is a digital service. Nothing physical is manufactured, packed, shipped or couriered, and no shipping or delivery charges exist.
Delivery time: immediate
The moment your payment succeeds at the Razorpay checkout (or a valid access code is applied), the full report unlocks on the same page, immediately. There is no processing queue and no waiting period.
A free check stays available at its link for 30 days; buying the full report extends that to at least 90 days from purchase, after which the underlying answers are deleted automatically under our privacy policy. Create a free account before or after purchase to keep your reports listed in one place for that period.
If delivery fails
If you were charged and the report did not unlock — a dropped connection at exactly the wrong second can do this — refresh the report page first: payment confirmation also arrives from Razorpay directly to our server, so the unlock usually completes on its own within a minute or two. If it still shows locked, email connect@vizaready.com with your payment reference and we will unlock it or refund it in full within 48 hours, your choice, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
