What we refuse to collect
We do not ask for and will not accept your passport number, your full name, your date of birth, your address, or any uploaded document. The application rejects these fields outright.
We built it this way so that a breach of our systems could not expose your identity documents. There is nothing to leak because there is nothing there.
What we do collect
- The answers you type into the check: dates, night counts, insurance amounts, yes/no responses.
- Your email address and a hashed password, only if you choose to create an account.
- Payment records from Razorpay: an order ID, a payment ID, and an amount. Card, UPI and banking details never touch our servers.
- If you arrive through an influencer's link, a referral cookie holding only that influencer's code, so a purchase can be credited to them. It expires on its own within days and identifies the influencer, not you.
- Questions you type to the assistant, kept to operate the conversation.
Cookies
We set a session cookie if you sign in, and the short-lived referral cookie described above. There are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The Razorpay checkout sets its own cookies under Razorpay's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Free checks are deleted automatically 30 days after you run them; paid reports are kept for at least 90 days from purchase so you do not lose what you bought. Questions typed to the assistant are deleted after 30 days too. Deleting your account removes every check attached to it immediately. Payment records are retained as long as Indian tax and payment regulations require. You can download everything we hold at any time from your account page.
Who we share data with
Razorpay, to process the payment you initiate — nothing more than the order needs. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent data, full stop. If the law compels a disclosure, we disclose the minimum compelled.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it.
