The promise
If you are refused on a ground our report told you was clear, we refund what you paid us.
That is deliberately narrow and deliberately checkable. Nobody can guarantee a visa, and we do not. What we stand behind is our own report: if the consulate ticks a refusal ground on your refusal letter that our paid report marked as passed for the same application and the same answers, the report failed you, and you get your money back.
What "told you it was clear" means exactly
Your refusal letter is the standard Schengen form. It has numbered grounds, and the consulate ticks one or more. Your report checks several things against each ground.
A ground counts as cleared only when we checked it and every check on it passed. If even one check on that ground was flagged, we warned you, and the promise does not apply to it.
Some grounds we never assess and never claim to: a Schengen Information System alert (ground 5), a public policy or security concern (ground 6), or a forged document (ground 1). A questionnaire cannot see those, your report says nothing about them, and a refusal on those grounds was never covered.
How to claim
- Email connect@vizaready.com within 30 days of the refusal.
- Attach the refusal letter showing the ticked ground, and the report ID from your purchase.
- We check the ticked ground against the report we sold you — the exact copy, saved when you bought it, not a fresh run. That decision is mechanical, so it is the same whoever looks at it.
- If we cleared that ground, we may ask for the one document behind the answer that cleared it. If we passed your insurance because you told us the cover was €30,000 or more, we will ask for the certificate. This is the only judgement in the process, and it exists because the report can only be as accurate as the answers you gave it.
- We reply within 48 hours. If the ground was cleared and your answers match your documents, the refund is approved without further argument.
How the refund is paid
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. We refund the full amount you paid us. The bank or card network may take additional days to post it to your statement.
What is not refundable
- The consulate's €90 visa fee, VFS/BLS service charges, and any bookings — we never collected these and cannot refund them.
- A refusal on a ground our report flagged, or on which any single check was flagged: the report told you before you applied.
- A refusal on grounds 1, 5 or 6, which we never assess and never claim to.
- Reports unlocked free with an access code — no payment was made, so there is nothing to refund.
- Answers that do not match the documents you submitted to the consulate. If you told us your insurance was €50,000 and the certificate says €15,000, the report was answering a different application than the one you filed.
Cancellation
The full report is a digital product delivered instantly and in full the moment payment succeeds, so an order cannot be cancelled after delivery. If you were charged and the report did not unlock, tell us within 7 days and we will either unlock it or refund the charge in full — whichever you prefer. A payment that fails or is cancelled at the Razorpay checkout is never captured, and any auto-debited amount for a failed order is reversed by Razorpay automatically.
