Why this exists
In 2025, Indians filed over 1.15 million Schengen visa applications and 181,111 of them were refused — a 15.8% refusal rate, with the €90 fee kept every time. Read the refusal grounds on those letters and a pattern appears: most refusals are not about the person. They are about gaps in the file — an insurance policy €15,000 short, a night with no booking, a bank statement that stops a month early, an application lodged at the wrong consulate.
VizaReady exists to catch those gaps before the fee is paid. You answer a short questionnaire — no documents, no passport number, nothing uploaded — and every answer is checked against the published rules: the EU Visa Code, the Visa Code Handbook, the harmonised document list for India, and the consulates' own checklists. Every finding links to its official source so you can verify it yourself.
How we keep it honest
- Deterministic checks. The verdict comes from published rules applied by code, not from an opinion. No model decides anything a user sees.
- Sources on everything. A finding without an official source does not ship.
- Daily monitoring. The official pages behind every rule are fetched and compared every day, and changes flow into the product the same day, with a public notice.
- No false promises. Nobody can guarantee a visa. Our refund promise is narrow and checkable instead: refused on a ground we called clear, and you get your money back.
- Privacy by refusal. The form rejects passport numbers, names and documents outright, and answers delete themselves after 30 days.
What we are not
VizaReady is not an immigration adviser, not a law firm and not affiliated with any government, consulate, VFS Global or BLS International. We check completeness against published requirements — the decision on any visa belongs to the consulate alone.
